I have been writing poetry on and off since I was 11. There have been large gaps in between. I haven’t tried to publish any of my work as yet, and am impressed by the number of you who have done so. My main focus is on issues of continuity and change. When did the change happen and at what point in the continuity line? I particularly like teasing out conceptual ideas. I’m trying to write something on ‘nothingness’ at the moment, which I believe came up in one of our workshops. I find the workshops stimulate ideas – not something that comes to me easily.
